  For those drivers who are religious. Pray for the lady at the receiving desk. Her name is Grace. Something horrible must have happened or be happening in her life. You will know her instantly by her overwhelmingly miserable and resentful demeanor. Do not take her sarcastic responses and emotional attack personally. She only treats those that are not employed there in an unacceptable manner. Many people are knowledgeable that their words and actions represent their company and industry. Only a few cannot grasp that. Others have an unseen life that is so infinitely depressed that the evidence is impossible to conceal. Manic depression many times manifests itself in like ways. Suffice it to say that rudeness is nothing more than an extremely weak and injured person's imitation of strength. Remember to pray for those that are that way...
