  I took my necklace into Samuels Jewelers to be repaired after being treated poorly by 2 other jewelers in the same location. I was greeted by a young woman by the name of Rosey. She was not only friendly but very knowledgeable & helpful. She told me that I would receive a phone call in 7-10 days when it would be ready to pick up. It was less time than that when I received a call from Ben. When I went to pick it up, he was also very friendly and told me to feel free to come back and have my necklace cleaned at any time.
  Samuels heard my respect and I will continue to use them for any jewelry needs.
