  My opinion, their lot is too small for the volume of business. Parking is difficult when dropping trailers for service over the weekend. Workers tend to leave finished trailer's king pins too high for hooking up in a very crowded lot. All that said... Are they quick? Yes they are. Do they clean the trailer to the industry standard? Yes they do. Can they squeeze a drive-in into their busy schedule? Most certainly. They are a lot easier to find and access than HTI in Oakland.
