  I love my apartment. My home is beautiful. It is quiet in the community...and anytime I have needed something fixed it was fixed within an hour of me requesting a work order...the only problem is that parking sucks, but you will get that with any apartment complex u live in...i wanna yell at my other neighbors and people that have nothing better to do than complain about parking...yes parking sucks, but its because we are in apartment living people!!! There is going to be issues with parking....i spoke to management when I moved in, and she told me about the parking and how it might be an issue...she also told me about how there is 300 units in Torcello, and only 333 parking spots...meaning that if you want to park your car, it's first come first serve...not stomp your feet and whine until you get what you want...i can understand the frustration, especially because rent is a little high, but it's a little high to keep all the riff raff out...I love that!!! Especially being a first time mom, I wanted to raise my son in a quiet and safe environment, and I more than believe that Torcello provided that for us!!!
  
  Even though times are getting harder, both parents still need to work to make ends meet... which means that for convienence, there will need to be two vehicles... alotta homes have two working adults in them...Torcello needs to work something out with the parking (like I.e. street parking on Bianchi) and make it a little more accomodatable for both working adults...esp. since for some working parents that paying an extra 100$ for a parking garage is NOT an option...but I CAN tell you that they are at least flexible with this parking nightmare...especially because I was assigned a spot that I couldn't even get in and out of with my vehicle (& like I mentioned before I had a newborn son, and I was frustrated because I couldn't even get him in and out of his carseat while parked, let alone get out car myself) so I talked to management and she was more than happy to change me into a bigger spot so that I can park my car in general...and get my son out, without having to get him out of the car before, while parking....i can't tell you how much this was appreciated and meant alot to me....especially because the issue effected me to be able to care for my son properly and would be a downright nuscience... I am more thank thankful for management and happy with them...
  
  The only problem in this apartment is parking...maybe they can implement a new parking policy... one that may be easier for tenants and guests to follow because at this point, it's just a free for all...even with the parking cards in place....the parking issue is nuts...but such is life, and such is apartment living.... there is always that one or two people, without a doubt, that will ruin it for EVERYONE .... that's just the way it is unfortunately!!!!
