  A rip off. My computer wasn't charging anymore and thus I sent it to them to give me a diagnostic check and to fix it. The man said there was nothing wrong with the laptop, and still charged me 60+ dollars for a simple diagnostic test. There are plenty of places in town that will do a diagnostic test for free. Avoid at all costs.
