  There 5 min guarantee pick up is a lie. The employee just deleted your name off the TV monitor when the counter when it get close to the 5min mark. With that said most of my pick up time is about 5-10mins which is still very good compare to other store such as Wal-Mart, Target, k-mart, Lowe’s.
  
  They did lose my order one time. Another time they never processed my order to be picked up.
