  I called and spoke to call center representative who had no customer service education her name was Christy and she spoke to me twice like a rebot I had to ask her to slow down I needed to schedule my husband's appt to a earlier date and she kept on insisting to give me a later date I finally told why would I want to reschedule if date was earlier than the one she tried to give me. Just no common sense.
